Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather behavioral insights
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and opportunities
- Create research artifacts including personas, journey maps, and test reports
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Present research findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate product performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX research experience with portfolio demonstrating case studies
- Proficiency in research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing research methodology and impact on product decisions
