- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
