Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Deploy and configure cloud-based SaaS applications (O365, Azure)
- Document incident tickets using ServiceNow/Jira
- Execute scheduled system maintenance during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with remote teams via Slack and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/SCCM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software issues
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional on-site visits
