Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, security systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent production issues
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent weekend operational disruptions
- Train end-users on new IT processes and security protocols
- Support weekend system upgrades and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM) is mandatory
