Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, cloud platforms, and mobile devices
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and system configurations using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend IT projects
- Conduct system backups, security patches, and preventive maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and problem-solving
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues to senior engineers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
