Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for government agency clients during weekend shifts
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including VPN connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Execute scheduled system patching, updates, and cybersecurity maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Ensure all IT activities comply with federal security standards (NIST/FISMA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Active Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and network connectivity
