Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch overnight staff to client sites across the Triangle region
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and emergency staffing needs
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new night shift employees
- Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting in our ATS system
- Act as primary point of contact for client managers and overnight staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize staffing efficiency while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or operations coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling under pressure
- Strong communication skills for 24/7 stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- Experience in healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification required
