Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates via various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating the offer process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key client accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Onboard new hires effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and high retention rates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate reports.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (ATS) and social media for sourcing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
