- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities, warehouses, and production plants
- Screen and qualify candidates for night shift positions using ATS systems
- Manage client relationships and address urgent staffing needs after hours
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for night shift workers
- Monitor staffing KPIs and optimize shift coverage in real-time
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or healthcare operations
- Experience managing overnight or rotating shift schedules
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing scenarios
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for remote client interactions
