Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various night shift positions (Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent ready for immediate placement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and urgency.
- Conduct thorough background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all hiring practices meet Texas labor laws.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work independently during the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
