Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings and interviews for temporary and direct-hire positions.
- Manage candidate data entry and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to match candidate skills with open Nashville job requisitions.
- Handle payroll processing and timesheet verification for the night shift workforce.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
