Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for night-shift placements, including job posting and sourcing.
- Coordinate schedules for interviews and placements with internal team members and clients.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and time-sensitive requirements.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for temporary and permanent placements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
