Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate daily shift assignments for temporary and contract workers within the Cleveland area.
- Talent Acquisition: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various night shift roles including warehousing, logistics, and data entry.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process, including orientation, paperwork, and compliance verification for night shift employees.
- Payroll Support: Assist in tracking hours worked and ensuring accurate payroll processing for the night shift workforce.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any issues that arise during night shifts, including safety concerns or staffing gaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and staffing software.
