Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Review resumes and conduct phone and video interviews with prospective candidates during evening hours.
- Client Management: Communicate with Atlanta-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Placement Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and scheduling for night shift roles.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with both clients and job seekers to ensure repeat business and candidate satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to advise candidates on salary expectations and industry demand.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
