Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for night shift positions, from sourcing to placement.
- Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability and availability.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using various sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with branch managers to define hiring criteria and negotiate offers with clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and track KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring high retention rates.
- Participate in networking events and career fairs to strengthen our employer brand in Atlanta.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a non-traditional schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required.
