Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates overnight for urgent client openings in tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and fill high-priority positions within 48-hour deadlines
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless candidate handoffs and coverage
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong time management skills with ability to work autonomously overnight
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience recruiting for technical or healthcare roles highly valued
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Ability to thrive in flexible schedule with rotating weekends as needed
