The Role:
As a Night Shift Staffing Specialist, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly after hours. You will be responsible for processing new hires, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining our high standards of client service, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing placements, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed before shift start.
- Communicate effectively with clients and temporary associates to resolve scheduling conflicts and address staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate status and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a similar human resources role.
- Must be fully available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
