Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight warehouse, manufacturing, and healthcare roles
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours (8 PM - 4 AM)
- Manage onboarding processes for night shift placements
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent overnight staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation
- Provide 24/7 support to placed night shift associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (4 days/week)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of Detroit's industrial/healthcare landscape
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
