Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for night shift positions across Dallas
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients requiring 24/7 staffing support
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for overnight staff placements
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless talent handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Dallas market knowledge preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
