Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and security sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Manage client relationships with night-shift employers across the Pikes Peak region
- Utilize ATS platforms to maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisitions
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed night-shift employees
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for overnight talent pools
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in filling overnight/shift-based positions
- Strong evening availability (6 PM - 2 AM, 4 days/week)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Colorado Springs' local job market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
