Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings of potential candidates during evening hours.
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for temporary night shift workers, including time-clock verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing gaps and build a pipeline of qualified night-shift talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure all labor laws are met for night shift operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet office setting.
