Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across Albuquerque
- Manage full-cycle staffing operations including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local night shift employers
- Optimize applicant tracking systems for overnight candidate flow
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night shift hours
- Monitor staffing metrics and adjust recruitment strategies proactively
- Ensure compliance with NM labor regulations for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid NM driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
