- Maintain compliance with NY labor laws for overnight work arrangements
- Analyze shift performance metrics to optimize staffing efficiency
- Build relationships with overnight facility managers across Manhattan and Brooklyn
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume staffing or overnight operations management
- Valid NY State staffing agency license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience managing healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills for urgent staffing scenarios
