Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for job seekers during evening hours to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates for the following morning shift.
- Candidate Relations: Communicate with applicants regarding job openings, interview feedback, and offer details.
- Market Intelligence: Research job market trends in Milwaukee to better match candidate skills with client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuous service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
