Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews for evening applicants.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate pipelines in real-time.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a diverse database of local talent in Fresno and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with account managers to fill urgent staffing requisitions and meet KPIs.
- Onboard new hires and ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
- Process timesheets and attendance records for night shift staff accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient with HR software (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently without supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
