Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing and screening of potential candidates via various channels.
- Conduct evening phone interviews and schedule in-person assessments for clients.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure seamless placement into night shift roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific shift requirements and needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding candidate status.
- Handle payroll verification and compliance documentation for night-shift employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a staffing agency or recruitment environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
