Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across San Antonio
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for night shift roles
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers seeking night staff
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide 24/7 support to night shift employees and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement of staffing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during client visits
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
