Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and interviews for night shift candidates.
- Manage and update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires starting late shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a quiet environment.
