- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates and client companies in the Dallas metroplex
- Optimize shift coverage through advanced scheduling algorithms and real-time workforce analytics
- Implement retention strategies including competitive compensation packages and career development pathways
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in staffing/recruitment with proven night shift or 24/7 environment expertise
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and workforce management software
