Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Build relationships with overnight client contacts to understand evolving talent needs
- Process onboarding documentation for night shift placements with precision
- Monitor job boards and social media channels for emerging overnight talent pools
- Generate weekly reports on night shift placement metrics and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong phone presence
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous work environments with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CPC certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Chicago's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
