Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place candidates in night shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and tech sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Austin-based companies requiring overnight staffing
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for night shift talent pools
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven night shift placement success
- Deep understanding of Austin's night shift labor market and industry demands

- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
