Responsibilities
- Source and place high-caliber candidates in night shift positions across tech, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality sectors
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers at client companies

- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate assessments during night hours

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven success placing candidates in high-volume, time-sensitive roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during night hours
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
