Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and security
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks during overnight hours
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses requiring night shift staffing
- Manage candidate databases and update staffing platforms in real-time
- Coordinate onboarding processes for remote and on-site night shift roles
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight placements
- Provide 24/7 support to clients and candidates during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills with experience in virtual recruitment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
