Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and security sectors
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of night shift talent through creative sourcing strategies and targeted outreach
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with San Antonio-area businesses requiring night shift staffing solutions
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and optimize recruitment workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agency or high-volume environments
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 operational settings
