Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions in Houston's key industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients requiring night shift staffing
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate pipeline with precision
- Facilitate onboarding for night shift candidates including background verification
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
- Collaborate with day team for seamless 24/7 recruitment coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight client visits
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Houston's night shift labor market trends
- Staffing certification (CPSR) preferred
