Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial settings
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate temporary and permanent placements with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage candidates and clients after hours
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
