Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct phone interviews and background screenings for night shift candidates
- Coordinate last-minute staffing emergencies with 24/7 client support
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover processes
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize night shift placement efficiency
- Process payroll and timesheets for temporary night shift employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Strong communication skills with written documentation proficiency
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office
- California staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
