Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for night shift positions across Portland's key industries
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing roles
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates during evening hours
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for night shift placements
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight positions
- Provide exceptional support to clients and candidates during non-standard business hours
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless staffing coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing staffing preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
