Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate the arrival, shift allocation, and departure of night shift temporary staff to meet client demand.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they understand safety protocols and company culture.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for client managers during night hours to address staffing gaps or emergencies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance logs, timesheets, and compliance documentation for all temporary workers.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with basic computer software and scheduling tools.
