Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions
- Manage client communications during overnight hours to resolve staffing issues
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless handover of staffing operations
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure all placements comply with labor laws and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
