Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of staffing operations for night shift assignments, including intake and placement.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates during evening hours.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding candidate status and availability.
- Communicate schedule changes, shift details, and assignments to clients and temporary staff via phone and email.
- Resolve immediate staffing issues and emergencies that arise during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or administrative coordination.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
