- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for client job orders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
