Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, networking, and social media, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage the entire interview process, from screening and scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical staffing or internal recruiting.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
