Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for open positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent in the DC metro area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidate progress and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
