Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to placement
- Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics
- Lead team training on new sourcing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical/staffing recruitment
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates/year
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid CA staffing license
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business
