Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch overnight staff assignments across 15+ client sites
- Handle real-time staffing emergencies and last-minute shift coverage
- Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding for night shift positions
- Manage payroll documentation and compliance for overnight workforce
- Implement staffing optimization strategies using ATS software
- Build relationships with night shift managers and department heads
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly staffing reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or HR coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight operations
- Strong knowledge of Nebraska labor laws and compliance
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight availability
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
