Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication skills during overnight hours
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
