Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines and interview schedules for night shift roles
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and ensure seamless coverage
- Handle onboarding documentation and compliance checks for night shift hires
- Monitor staffing performance metrics and adjust recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Provide 24/7 support to both candidates and clients during night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Knowledge of Washington state labor regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Experience with healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
- Valid Washington driver's license (client site visits required)
