Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance documentation for overnight placements
- Act as primary point of contact for both clients and candidates during evening hours
- Monitor staffing KPIs and optimize shift coverage to meet client demands

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
