Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client facilities across Omaha metro
- Manage real-time communication between night shift workers and client supervisors
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for 200+ hourly employees
- Resolve staffing emergencies and schedule conflicts during overnight hours
- Conduct onboarding for new night shift candidates during evening hours
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance analytics for client partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or workforce management experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight operations
- Strong proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Exceptional communication skills for night shift coordination
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
